Griz vs. ND Predictions

2 decent defenses with issues on offense, probably will come down to the 4th again and we win a low scoring game.

Stitt's offense is designed to keep it close until the 4th and then hopefully win before time runs out.

Team with the most points wins, hope the genius OC can pull this one out.

Go defense,Go Griz.

Thank you for having the giant nads to type what most of us are feeling. Who is this guy to sell himself to Haslam as some kind of goddamned offensive "genius?" And how stupid was Haslam to fall for that charade? Fire them all and hire Larry Donovan!

+1..Didn't somebody post that the used car salesman Joe Glenn had some leverage in this hire?

Glenn wouldn't hire him, he hired Ron Richards, who never coached a game and was replaced with Billy Cockhill who was a step above a grad assistant.

If Haslam is found to be wrong about coach Stitt, perhaps he may not be competent also, just my opinion.

As far as coach Donovan, he got more stuff done off the football field, than coach Stitt thus far has done on the football field.

Simis blows it up! 45-14 Griz!
I am with you. If the UND fan is right in that their pass D is horrible, hopefully we see the WR corp put up big numbers.

To many questions on the Griz at this point. I say another home loss for our Griz.

UND 35
Griz 14 all points in the first half.

Griz O goes 3 and out a lot. D on the field the entire game and just gets tired and gives up 14 points in the 4th.

You mean Griz O goes 4 and out a lot...special teams are for losers...don't want to trade field goals with the other team you know and punting only matters if field position does, which it obviously does not.

Griz win this one; The score is irrelevant.

After reading the posts about his incompetence at this level, blowing the FG calls etc. etc. the Little General has spent the bye week studying NDU's tendencies and simplified his offensive package to accomodate Simis' untested abilities.

The coaches, players and fans understand the significance of this game and WILL NOT allow another one to slip away at WGS. The 12th man will be huge. This game will indicate whether or not there is leadership in the lockeroom, progress in the film room and humility under the green cap.

Unfortunately, four games remain, (with only one at home), that will require the continuing and consistent improvement that was interrupted by key injuries and boneheaded stubborness. If the GRIZ remain humble after this win and the Little General avoids another visit to LaLaLand... who knows what may happen.

It's a pretty sad :( day in Griz history when the fan base is worried about the Griz beating North Dakota, at home none-the-less.

COME-ON GRIZ!!!

 griz win

21-17 UND, the score makes it look like a pillow fight, but in reality it will be a defensive battle.

And after a blowout win against the little sisters of the poor, MSU fans delude themselves into thinking they have a defense.

Totally agree! This is where we realize Simis should have been starting from the beginning! Has the quickest feet (of the starters) and ran an offense like this in high school! Could be wrong, but I'm willing to risk the humiliation. :thumb: :thumb:
