Griz vs kitten Game thread...

Not a bad season for a team that had to depend upon a second team qb. A couple dropped passes in three games, EWU, WSU, and MSU and all would be great...The Griz did well and now the staff needs to regroup and come out smoking next year. A young qb gets 325 passing bodes well for the next two years.

This game sucked, but I don't put it all on the coaches. Their guys made more plays than ours. Griz defenders couldn't bring Murray down when they should have. Drops killed our momentum in the first half. Lesane is a very good back for the Cats - losing him is a huge loss for them. Jensen and the young Griz WR's will be year better (more physically mature and more time to mesh). Terron Moses is going to tear it up next year - mark my words. As long as we can plug some of the losses on D (especially Strahm), I am feeling very good about next year. Hate this loss and am in complete agreement that Stitt's seat should be sizzling next year, but I think he'll rise to the occasion.

I don’t think that’s accurate. I think the talent is there, just needs a guy that can coach it

You know LaSane only played in 6 games for the Cats this year. I think Anderson (who scored 2 TDs today) is going to be a huge weapon for the Cats since he is only a true freshman. They will loose some key seniors on D, but should be good next year. Cats and Griz should be back at the top of the league soon enough.
