Griz vs.JMU Quarterfinal Game

Well that’s the season.

Losing sucks, but losing your two cornerstone offensive players earlier in the game is a kick in the balls!

With Akem and Cam they would have scored, they were moving the ball well. But agreed, the offense doesn't seem to be working.

The defense has kept this team afloat all season, where the offense has been doing just enough. The fact we are now down the few players that have made the offense work, are you really that surprised with where we're at?

Yes, but it seems that our Oline play would be a glaring weakness. Is the OC a weakness as well or is the playcalling so restricted by our lack of Oline and QB skills.? Plenty to work on

Get that figured out and we are rolling with youth, defense and ST

He started out so freaking strong, but that Sac St. game pushed him off a cliff. I hope he can make it back, but when an athlete loses confidence, it takes a special person to get it back. He's only a kid, I wish him the best.

This game is so depressing. Mainly because our defense absolutely showed up. Held them to 28. It would probably have been less if we had any offense.
 
Well shit.

Good season Griz. Inability to overcome injuries did us in tonight.

Rode a great ST and good defense as far as we could. Got out-athleted in the secondary and offensively. Not sure we need wholesale change outside of some new ideas offensively.

JMU was just faster across the board. Need to find some game changers at D-line. Live by the blitz-die by the blitz.

I would love so much for him to be the guy. But to this point haven’t seen it. He has the build and ability. It’s all between his ears. That’s to be seen.
