I’m not going to lie. I’m a little irritated that cam did that. Totally should have slid. I know that’s me being an armchair QB, but that was our entire season for a single first down. The risk reward wasn’t there. Coaches need to keep the tape and use it to warn other QBs. Playing smart isn’t just about protecting the ball, it’s also about protecting yourself.

It was 3rd down with the sticks in his sites approaching the scoring area in the quarterfinals. It's not like he took that hit trying to get an extra yard against Portland State in early October.
