The close captioning doesn't work during the interviews of the coach and players but does during the commercials. If there's any way to correct that it would be much appreciated.

I'm on a LG laptop using my Bose earbuds with Mozilla Firefox browser.

When using ESPN app on Samsung TV the volume adjustment doesn't work at all.

I’ve found that when I’m listening/watching on YouTube on my phone and have one Bluetooth earbud activated, the sound doesn’t work. As soon as I put both in (both earbuds active) the sound is just fine.

This was it because I like to listen with just one earbud and it worked when I put both in. Thanks for troubleshooting.
