Interesting year. A few question marks. Montana frontline: How will Andrew Strait respond?

Will this be the game where the missing piece steps up in the form of the big defensive guard that can score and rebound. ( Stu Mayes?? )

Will Griz be inspired enough to play defense for a complete game?

Will Hasquet and Chavez go wild or be too excited?

Will Dlouhy or Martin answer the three ball?

Which coach will look like a genius?

It appears that by the end of this game we could know if one or both of these teams is going to be able to compete at the beginning of March.

Griz need to win at least 1 of 2 on the road and this should be the better chance (other game is v Weber St).

Strait had a rough game against the cats last time, if he's back I hope he has a big night.

The most important thing for the Griz is how healthy is Andrew Strait. I assume he will play, but how effective can he be after being very ill? Regardless the Griz need to play with intensity for 40 minutes. The Griz have better depth than msu and they need to show up tonight. Chavez had an off game and I look for him to bounce back with a huge effort in what could be his last cat/Griz game. Rundles, Martin, and Ellis also need to atone for their last game. Mayes has stepped up as of late. I think this will be a close game. If the Griz control the glass, and shoot a decent percentage at the guard position, they win. I don't see Durham going crazy two nights in a row.

Cats are undefeated at home (in league). That, combined with Strait's illness, worry me more than a little.

Griz need to limit turnovers and control the glass. The Griz have NOT LOST a game when they have at least 13 Offensive Boards.
