In a fight to the death in the wild between a grizzly bear and a bison which one would win & why?

I am not an animal behaviorist by any means, but I don’t known of an instance when a Bison would actually go toe to toe with a Griz. Maybe to protect a calf? Still the Grizzly would have minimal risk of death. The only time I see a Bison being a severe threat! Put the Grizzly between it and a pan of gravy.
