As you know, I am the smartest person on here and don't wear marroon tinted sunglasses like the rest of you minion petty fans. Wisconsin is [put obvious here] and the Griz are [put obvious here]. Because I make more money than anybody on this board and have coached, refed, know everybody worth anything, flew first class with [name drop here] and am just a prodigy genious of the game of basketball and everything else, this as an absolute knowledge call that I'm going to drop 10k on. This isn't a prediction like all the other pedestrian fans that are beneath me are making. Griz 57 Wisconsin 56 .

Your jealousy of me drips from your lame attempt at sarcasm. Just sayin'. Must be pretty dull and boring up on the Highline these days. But keep obessessin'.

Oh, and you do indeed drink the Kool-Aid, as badly as anyone on here. ;)

I'm from the Highline and live in Oregon now. Although, I'm glad you don't live up on the Highline, because with your ego and self inflating douchebaggery, someone would have put you in the hospital by now. Not jealous of you. I know many sucessful people and have a great and deep respect for anyone that has made a lucrative life for themself. I look up to them and learn as much as I can from them because they are great people. Most people who have real credibility don't need to go around bragging about how much they know or who they know, much less go on a fan message board to talk about how "special" they are. Name dropping and trying to inflate your status on a message board is pretty pathetic in my book.

I don't drink Kool-Aid. I form my own objective opinions. Many of which have been slammed by other posters as being "anti-griz". However, there are a lot of opinions on here. That's the beauty of having this forum, at least for me. It's good to read others perspectives. It's fun and if someone disagrees with me I don't take it personally. You on the other hand try to use this forum to self-inflate your ego and attempt to build this image as a credible expert on all things sports. You fail miserably because everybody on here thinks you are a joke. Now, back to smelling your own farts.

Sorry for derailing the thread everyone.

That's cool, if you can't handle someone mentally, just put 'em in the hospital. Is that the Highline way? Give me a break. Go back to sleep. And, spin it any way you wish, but yes you are jealous.

Christ, is there a single thread on this entire board you haven't run off track with your delusions? Go back to sniffing that finger you had in your ass and stop embarrassing the rest of the state with your inbred retardation.

They just said Wisconsin's athletic budget is 88 million. Would't that about run our entire university system?

That would run all of missoula and the University system lol. :P

This is not a Kool-Aided call, this is a basketball knowledge call. In fact, I am going to put my money where my mouth is and bet $1000 on the Griz + points.

Oh my, this is getting confusing. I can't for the life of me tell the "Kool-Aided" predictions from the "basketball knowledge" predictions. Can anybody help me? Does the NCAA publish some sort of guide about this?

Betting $1000 on Griz plus points is a BBall prediction.
Betting $1000 on the Griz without points is a Kook-Aided one.

My heart says...

my head says...

same thing.

The Pit is going to go nuts for Montana if Cherry gets one steal or Jamar or Selvig hits a 28 footer. These guys feed off the crowd better than any team I have seen and are both Tinkle and the bench aren't shy about pumping them up. I've been to the Pit once and it is a great arena for crowd noise, (like Wa Griz). Won't take more than a few hundred rabid fans to get the guys rockin.
I know Grzrul will bring it...he needs some help down there!
With points from an unsung hero on the bench and the crowd on our side, the good guys win in a heart attack special:
Griz 59
Wiscy 58

...because he used to hunt alot of birdz in central montana...
...they got 4 tickets in row 4 for the final 4 and were really excited...
...only to find that at the pit..the rowz numberz start from the top down...

...go griz...

... 8-) ...

The only thing I'm predicting is that the final score of the two teams will be within 5 or so...Heart, says Griz, 65-60, head says, Wisc. 63, UM 58. Yeah, we don't have "established depth," but the young guys (Gregory, Henderson, DeShields) have all had their moments when they've given us unexpected offense. And, I think that is all we'll need for a win. However, my pick for our unexpected offense is a player that seemingly everyone has forgotten...Michael Weisner...:coffee:

on the bench: how's Hutch match up with their big "Bruse"?

While I'm not there, I can say that Hutch doesn't really match up with anyone all that well. I am hoping he soaks his hands in palmolive until a few hourse before game time to soften them up a bit. I like him, he's a scrapper, but the boy is a bit oafish at times.

Altitude is overrated!...Two days is a head start on building up oxygen red corpuscle blood cells. Anyhow Albuquerque, 5,314 (avg) Ehhh...Boulder 5,430 and Laramie 7,165 and I've seen visitors from sea level kick the crap out of both the Cowboys and Buffaloes...most recently Stanford in Boulder... Fugetaboutit!

LOL! So you've seen home teams lose at higher elevation! What the hell does that have to do with talking about these 2 teams? Nothing. I never said high elevation is an only factor, that would be stupid, but If it's so overrated, why do coaches and commentators even talk about it then?

Because they need something to talk about, pretty simple. All of these kids are conditioned, straw man here.
Let's not forget the subs, SMH.

I might be wrong but Karon might be in the mix, he stepped up when Will got in foul trouble vs LBS, one could argue he had was most resposible for that W,shut down Ware when Will had foul trouble. Will could get into foul trouble with Taylor , a banger and Karon might have to man up. We will see in the morn.....

Well....it's time. After listening to the Badger fans and their Kenpom ratings, I say.........

Griz 52
Badgers 51

Will drives as the clock winds down and the lefty Wiesner hits a three from the left corner with one second left......the ghost of Freddie haunts the badgers.

Going to be ugly...take the under if you're betting vegas.
