YESSS!!!

Kind of a "whew" kind of game, but those happen. Weebs had one of those today too, squeaking by ISU by 4 at home.

Congrats I hit 300 tonight too! Unsung hero, Steward again, great game and great second half! The guy scores and rebounds in bunches!!! Cherry and Qvale did their things as usual, and Selvig played within himself tonight and let the game come to him! Nice win Griz and way to finish at the line!!!!!! Beat the Cats!!

Nice win from the sounds of it. I was mainly watching the Pack destroy the Falcons. Art is making great strides and is really fun to watch. Glad we got him on board!

Dear Gawd, you'd think someone took the nite off and went bowling instead. Act like you've been there and done it before. None of that hootchy kootchy dance in the Endzone that drags on for five minutes. Hand the ball back to the refs, thank you kindly. Carry on.

I still cant justify why vaughn autry only gets 5 minutes of play even though in that time he gets a steal, an assist, and sinks a three... yet Jordan Wood is out there for 15 minutes and scores nada. I dont mean to bag on Wood I know he's a good shooter when he's on but seriously wtf give VA more minutes he deserves it!!

It's easy to coach from the bleachers and to question why VA is not getting more time. I think by the end of the season, when we are a little long in the tooth he will get his minutes. I feel Tinks is bringing him along at just the right pace. Let him build his confidence and get more familiar with D1 BB. It's a whole new world out there from high school.
On the other hand you have to hand it to the coaching staff to go with Stockton. His tenacity brings a whole new element to the game. He was having to guard a 6' 5" guy in the paint and he kept him from getting the ball. And now he has become our designated 3 pt. shooter, two tonight. Teams may have to guard him more. I watched his uncle play in SLC for years and he brings the same intensity to the game.
On the other hand I was disappointed with the play of Ward tonight. He was real tentative and slow to react on several occasions.
I also thought Tinks substitution rotation worked pretty well. Only faltered a little bit when Cherry was not on the floor. I really like this staff that Tinks has put together. They compliment each other well. We had better appreciate Freddy while he is here because he is headed for bigger arenas.
Suggestion for next game. I believe BQ is only one shy of the BS block record. And next game is against the cats. Students or whomever do like they do in baseball and put X's up every time BQ gets a block. I think the crowd would go wild and no better opponent to do it against than the cats.

Next game is not the Cat game, it's ISU on the road on Thursday.

Opps, sorry for the over sight.

Anyway for the rest of the home games it would be fun for the students to hang X's from balcony railing. Might get our lackluster crowd in to the game. BQ certainly deserves the accolades for his hard work on the boards and blocks. Just because he is 6'11" and 260 does not necessarily mean he is an automatic blocking machine. It takes coaching and desire on his part to put up those kind of numbers.

Well, I don't know Babs.

But I do know this, the middle east is a virtaul powderkeg of world turmoil.
