Always thought it was dumb to think a team needed to lose a game, and they would be better for it. :coffee:

I had no desire to see this team go into the tourney with the pressure of a 19 game winning streak, 30+ conference victories in a row, etc., etc. I'd much rather they lose NOW, give Wayne something to bitch about in practice, get them refocused, etc. My guess is we'll see a different Griz team from here on out.

Seriously, you guys even call out our halftime show who happen to be famous around the nation for thir performance?

I dont know what our announcers were saying, but just to let you know, your announcers aren't little angels either.

I have seen more B**ching on this game thread about mormons, our halftime show the announcers our empty seats, (7,500 by the way, on a thursday on valentines) than how piss poor your team was playing, This was a horrible thread to read, I guess when your losing by 30 points there isnt much less to bi**ch about.

I think It's funny how when a Montana player talks smack during handshakes that starts a fight it's just him being passionate, and then when Weber wins by 24 and celebrates after the win with thier fans it's rubbing it in.

WCF, you better read my damn posts. I did not one time (that I recall) bash your team/players. The old man broadcaster is sad excuse for broadcasting though. I even gave your team props after the game.

Come to think of it, it is a miracle. I did not even bash the officiating. I guess that is a sign of an ass kicking.

I have and no need to get upset over a couple yahoos for any fan base who cross the lines. That is exactly why, before the game, I complemented your fan base in another thread. I know damn well, fans of any team can be asses, and jerks when it comes to a game.

Damn. Somebody is a biiit sensitive. We got our butts whipped. Props on a strong outing by your b-ball team. Get rid of the old man announcer. Was just good natured ribbing. Don't see what you're griping about, in light of our coach being called "dancing bear" by a supposed "professional". Also, 7500 mighta been announced, but if you took off you're purple colored glasses, there was no way there were 7500 people there. See ya in the tourney.

^^ This. No need to get all upset over message board chatter during a game...

And about the halftime show... look at it from our perspective for a minute. One minute we are watching a basketball game (well..a beat down, but still basketball) the next minute we have 2 people dancing around waving buckets and sheets all over the place while your new OC and our former HC is interviewed with some music I couldn't quite make out in the background. I'm sure had you been watching you probably would've wondered "WTF?" at first too..
 
Finally got home to watch the VOD(had bowling league) Wow! I really, really, really think I HATE Weber State more than the Bobcats. No, seriously...HATE. I think the deciding factor was having to listen to those 2 yahoos they have calling the game. GRRR!
