GRIZ v. Birds(Larry) in Trees GDT

And I’ll give him some credit here. He stood in there and took the shot on the first completion to Fontes, and looked better and more decisive on that drive.

And good for Janacaro to get the TD….I don’t know how many of those he’s gonna get in his career with the guys in front of him…

Kris Brown heard y'alls criticism and stepped up. Good job eGriz, we did it!

That was a much better series, but my mind is made up. Britt should be QB2, then either Abbott or Huot. Brown can be water boy

Much better on this drive though...

He got comfortable out there and produced a good drive.
That is why you keep him in there. You see things in practice and then you can build his confidence in a game.

Give Brown credit on that drive? Anyone?

He’s 1-1 in stupid decisions and TD drives. That kind of average won’t cut it for a starting QB of the future.

In LJ we trust!!👍👍

Asking - is that a Good Solid win on the road ? Did they get you a good birthday present ?

I want Brown to get better. It's clear the coaches feel he is the #2 guy. Dude has all the physical tools to be a really good QB. Glad he had that nice drive to end it.

But man, he's been in this offense and program for YEARS, and at this point you'd expect him to not look so lost half the time.

Good Post. 100% agreement. Montana has two former NCAA and NFL quarterbacks on the coaching staff who understand good quarterback play, so lets hope that they can develop some great Griz quarterbacks.

for all you experts, how did johnson's first couple drives work out? geezus, you all act like brown is f-ing your daughter. well, granddaughter for most of you, i suppose.

Sycamores had 132 yards offense in the first quarter. They had 219 for the game. So for the last three quarters they had 87 yards of total offense.

THAT is domination. And you take out the one play where Bobby didn’t get the play in in time and they had a total of 164 yards.

This team is legit.

I'm cautiously optimistic about our December/January chances...

Listen. He’s a tall, handsome, smart kid whose got some athletic ability. I wouldn’t mind if he married my daughter. I just don’t want him as the Griz QB. :D

The defense looked great all year outside of that possession or two, and the offense took a bunch of shots today and opened up the pass game, which was great to see. Lucas Johnson is getting better every week. They never utilized him as a passer as much at SDSU so it’s great to see him getting a chance to really air it out. The team is really good this year.
