Griz @ spuds

Griz suck on treys tonight. Making up for it with forced turnovers ... 16 with less that 2 min to go in the game.

Griz with SEVENTEEN more FG attempts than Idaho.

Damn Owens. You gonna miss a wide open Pridgett right under the basket you’d best make the damned free throw.

Coincidentally (probably not :) ) the stats now show 17 forced turnovers.

Terrific road win for the GRIZ. Terrific game by Anderson and Vazquez. Nice contribution from Yagi in the 1st half. Everyone on this team is getting better as the season progresses. That is terrific attitude and coaching.

Yep. Probably not.

You shoot 52% from the field. 50% from 3-point land. Get 12 more FT attempts. And lose.

That’s gotta hurt.

Best coach the Griz has ever had! To be in first place with such a young team speaks volumes to this staff. Thank you TDC

Anderson raised the bar for himself tonight what a game! He really broke it open

15 pts, 4 rebs, 1 stl in 19 mins of play ... and one thing that doesn't show in the stats is his presence on defense....

I've also noticed how much better he's gotten at moving and handling the ball in traffic near the basket

Losing 4 starters from last year and playing 3 Freshmen. If the season closes out like this, he has to be BSC Coach of the Year!

It wasnt pretty, but we got it done. I think it says a lot about our program that we're the biggest draw for basically every team we face. It probably makes winning on the road that much tougher for us than other teams in the big sky, but I'll gladly take it.

I loved seeing Vazquez finish in transition in the first half. I think that's the best indicator of how much his confidence has grown, because earlier in the season he would look to pass it there. Also, Mack Anderson seems to have a nicer touch around the rim with every game, but honestly his improvement at the free throw line might be what has impressed me most.

One of the best coaches in College Basketball right now in my opinion. He has no weaknesses as a coach. He can recruit, develop talent, manage timeouts, select rotations and draw up plays, all at an elite level. So grateful to have him be a Grizzly
