I don’t think the actual office space is an issue-- it’s just indicative of how the AD treats one of its most consistently successful women’s programs.I'm not meaning to come off looking like an asshole or anything, but it this really that big of a deal? It's not like we're cutting scholarships or eliminating sports in their totality. There's plenty of coaches in the Athletic Department (including Football) that have to share offices. Is it ideal? Probably not but it's not the end of the world. Plus let's not act like there aren't currently plans to do a massive South Campus renovation for new locker rooms and additional space that they could likely use as offices. The sooner we raise that money then the sooner they can get shovels in the dirt and these little minute complaints go away.
There's a lot of reasons one could call for a change at AD (and most of those are fair criticism) but I personally don't think this is that big of an issue.
After three back to back conference championships & an NCAA tournament appearance - it took 2 months to hire a a new head coach. Yes, potential coaches knew it would be a team that needed rebuilding, but IMO, they may also have smelled the lack of administrative support to get the job done.
