Nice write up! :thumb: I'll be coming from Seattle for the tourney. Will be great to see if the atmosphere is the same as in my day in the 80's. It sure looked like it when I watched the game last night. Goosebumps just thinking about it!

It was fun, that's for sure. Best environment I've seen. Although, the craziest atmosphere (for a moment) that I have experienced is when Kevin Criswell made his first dunk in his last home game as a Griz! The place went NUTS

no joke, i remember that flush, then me and my buddy with repeated forearm bashes while jumping up and down from the 211! haha he was fouled too if i remember correctly...

A friend of mine in the Philly burbs was so impressed with last night's Griz performance that he has booked a flight into Missoula next Monday to watch the playoffs.

A friend of mine in the Philly burbs was so impressed with last night's Griz performance that he has booked a flight into Missoula next Monday to watch the playoffs.

Does he have Montana ties, or just that much of a basketball fanatic to do that? I did have a few people ask me about the GRIZ, when I was at work today. A few comments on Will Cherry being a damn fine player, and how did Montana get him? I told them, Thankfully he was not much a shooter coming out of HS, especially at the line. Other comments were very high compliments of our defense. One guy told me our zone is just a notch below Syracuse, and think if we make the NCAA's, our defense, and Cherry will be for 1, maybe 2 wins.
