I must say (with a very scratchy voice)reading some of the crap on here, I am so glad I was there and didn’t have a chance to drown in the negativity on here. Go Griz!!

Judging from the first quarter boos raining down I’m guessing there was some negativity INSIDE the stadium as well.

There was a bit. I wasn’t sure we were going to make it back but after Fouch lit up Hess early it seemed obvious that the physicality was in the Grizzlies’ favor.

This is much like another UofM vs MSU “rivalry”. Michigan state thinks Michigan is their number 1 rival, whereas Michigan certainly feels Ohio state is. Much like the Griz and vandals

There was a chant from a section calling for Britt. Lucas did himself no favors in the first half. The backup QB is always the most popular player on the team.

Just like the 09 game against SDSU, this felt much like that game. Glad I was at both of them, it was electric in both of those games. Its going to be a fun week, but hope we can field a full team for next Saturday. Going to make Bizon Burgers for sure.

Coming through Amsterdam airport on Saturday, I ran into another big Griz fan-couple whom I knew. They were off to Italy. First home game they had missed in many years, they said.

If SEMO rushes for 300 yards, the Griz are in trouble. I don't think that will happen.

I have not looked into the stats on SEMO. But I did listen to a podcast and they said that they ran up yards on the crappy teams but when they played “better” competition the yards dropped off considerably.

Looks like they got 142 total. 3.6 yard average.
