Espn article says Griz have 10th best chance of winning title, not bad for a team that "didn't deserve to be in playoffs".

9th best actually, one spot ahead of Weber. Their SP+ rank is 8th.

I wish I WERE in AZ. I’d be a lot warmer. Unfortunately I’m in Texas, where the temp is significantly colder.

Let’s just say “it’s an issue….”

No worries. Our President has to sit in the visitors' section too. I figured he would be in a box with UM's admin. But, I guess not.

Oh wow. That’s surprising. The President will have more fun in the stands anyway though.
 
I'm nervous about this game. The long day doesn't help!

SEMO is a good football team and will not be intimidated by our Griz. Sure, not that tough of a conference but they did go undefeated in conference, have a good running game with a top rated running back, and are getting their #1 QB back. Facing our Griz who haven't beat a team with a winning record this year and are coming off a good butt kicking by the scats.

We've all heard the nay-sayers saying we don't deserve to the in the playoffs and our #1 QB is injured. What I see is an opportunity for our Griz to silence the nay-sayers, show that they do belong in the playoffs, re-gain some confidence and build some momentum for next weekend.

It is critical to build momentum fast and get rolling early. A slow start by the Griz allowing SEMO to hang around, run the ball (scats showed them how), will IMO spell trouble for our Griz. Jump on them early, get a knee on their neck and don't them up until it's time for them to go!

Geez, is it time yet? I'm pacing!

I probably shouldn't write this. But, after he and is wife eat dinner, they plan to walk across the Van Buren walking bridge to the stadium. I let them know that this would take them through the tailgate. So, give them some love. Dr. Vargus is a short, skinny South American with grey hair and a grey beard.

I’ll keep my eye out. Just walked over the bridge myself. Hopefully they have a good time regardless of the game.
