Refs wouldn’t have made the call if Mallory wasn’t being an idiot. Know the situation, understand the consequences of your actions. It was a bush league move by a guy that ought to know better.

I have no issue with that call.

Ok, explain that tackle last drive.

Refs are inconsistent. We know that.

This is the point. Doing dumb things or reacting to dumb things allows the refs to insert themselves inconsistently. If you allow the refs to impact the game through your actions, you can’t then be made when those same refs make inconsistent or bad calls.

I’m at the game and can’t find too much to feel good about today’s game. A quarter left and hope eternal, but Griz weren’t ready to play. Maybe they bought into the “too much bitterness” perspective.

It is a disappointing loss, for sure. And, MSU has only one Senior on the O line? Bad week for Griz athletics, losing to MSU and Mt. Tech...no where to go but up beginning in the playoffs.
