I was thinking the uuuge $20 figure was in hopes to acquire the gas money down to the pound, and paperwork to adopt (yet another) collie. It's a long shot, sure, but it's his only option at this point.

True, I would also add that it is unlikely you will make it to the playoffs this year to meet us with a un-scheduled game this year either.

I understand you're frustration level after your opening game, I couldn't believe that last year (for various reasons) you beat the reigning champs but this year ...hmmmmm ... not so much.

Stitt ran off your priven defensive coordinator (to brand X) and cut some good kids from the roster. 40 something new recruits ... wow ... good move? bad move? We will see.

I believe it's not so much that griz struggle on the road so much as the boast received by playing in wa/griz stadium. I think you'd agree its a pretty hostile venue.

I would imagine it is hard for Griz players to bring the same level of intensity on the road in smaller stadiums, as they do in such a great atmosphere at home. That may be a part of the recent lack of success away from home.
 
Last year UM was 3-3 on the road including the playoff loss to the perennial NCs. Not so good and not so sure it will be better this year with all the tough games on the road. MSU was 1-4, beating only ISU and not even close to the playoffs. Along the way there was 54-35, just like old times....
 
Who was bragging up the Cats record??? Let alone their road record????

Just saying griz fans might want to be more realistic regarding the reason for their road record.

54-35 was on the road last November, not so much "years ago."

One of the reasons BSC records are so inferior to home records is that body bag games are on the road and cupcake games are at home. Conf. records provide a more realistic view.
