this is so perplexing....on paper, based on what we had returning we looked like a budding power in the northern rockies.

interesting too that the above three described Criswell and Matthews....I did not think they would be as hard to replace, but I am wrong BIG TIME!

At this juncture the BSC looks to be weak and wide open, with EWU a contender if Stuckey plays and look out for ISU and NAU. We are in trouble, the conference may be a mess of teams with 8-8 records come late Feb.

I don't think you have a problem with getting on Tinks at all. I have read some of your other stuff. It is pretty obvious what you think of him, so please try not to be so patronizing. You are quite transparent. Please do tell us how you would make things click. You don't even know what the issues Tinks was referring to in the post game interview are, but you sure didn't need that in order to place blame. Please tell us more how you "hate to be so pessimistic and blame it on one guy". :dance: The players bear no responsibility?

I don't know how to make things click. If i did, I'd try and get myself a 6 figure job running a basketball team. This team is as talented as last years and is playing far worse. I am by no means leaving the players unblamed seeing as their awful shooting is a huge reason they are where they are but I just have not yet seen Tinks bringing any emotional fire to this team. I don't like to say it bc i'm absolutely shocked it's this way. Going into the season I was sure Tinks would have this team playing above its talent level and i'm perplexed on why the talent and coaching are not coming together.
