In my opinion, Coach Miller is good coach with exceptional football players, not an exception coach with good football players. Over the last 5 years, "too mistakes" has been a constant explanation for this highly talented teams' losses. :x When "too mistakes" cost a team wins, in my opinion, the Head Coach needs to enhance the discipline within the teams' foundation. From my first interactions with him, assessing his football teams (15 years worth), 5 years of watching his leadership as the head football coach of my alma mater and interaction with his players and their parents, I think Dave Miller is a good coach. :| If Coach Miller can enhance his teams' structure with stricter discipline and fortitude, the Lakes Lancers will consistently challenge the Bellevue Wolverines for WIAA 3A high school championships, win several consecutive WIAA title and Coach Miller will be on the same pedestal as Bellevue's Coach Goncharoff. :thumb:

That noted, I think most coaches at the high school level and below are outstanding individuals for their dedication to student-athletes and interscholastic activities. Now, I don't know Dave Miller personally, but I met him in the late 80s when he was an assistant coach at Lakes and I've interacted with him on several occasions via e-mail before our communication channel was disconnected ... regardless of my challenges with Coach Miller, Lakes Football has a booster club that sells more than candy bars; now, the booster club solicit interaction and support from former Lakes football alumni and Lancer supporters. :clap: Don't tell him, but I think Coach Miller is an outstanding individual. :thumb: Of course, he may feel that I'm an agitator; he may be right, but nothing good comes from apathy.
