Had a Mariners staff employee ask us why there were so many Montana fans here tonight. We told him about the game with UW. He asked if we knew any of the players and we told him a few. He said he knew Keenan Curran and had played football with Curran in HS. There was a great turnout of Griz fans at Safeco tonight!
 
Sweet event at Safeco tonight. Thanks to the Alumni Office for coordinating. It was great seeing so many GRIZ friends. And an M's win to boot.
 
Talked with Kent last night. Sounds as though UM sold about 2900 tickets from their allotment, but he said that staffers at Udub have told him that they expect closer to 6,000 maroon-clad Griz fans as many purchased directly through them, or from 3rd party sellers.

Me, my brother and our wives will all be there and we're not counted in EITHER group. My brother (who lives here) got four UW season tickets from his buddy....
