Griz / Kittens predictions

Griz on the road vs a well coached team that can and will run the ball. Bad combo.

Weber in front of a hostile crowd much bigger than the 2000 they're used to playing in front of vs rested MSU who'll have two more offensive weapons than they did last meeting. bad combo.

The Cats having success is in no way good for UM. If UM wins the Big Sky they are a high playoff seed regardless of how good MSU is.

All joking aside, Cats still haven't been beat this year by an FCS opponent, only #16 Oregon State. No need to over analyze it - Cats are good. Ask Jay Hill. Before the game he said if Weebs can beat the Cats, they can beat anyone. Well, they lost twice to MSU this year. I was pulling for the Griz today, NDSU is still the favorite until someone, anyone beats them.

People know how to beat them. The reason SDSU is the only team with a chance because they play them every year and have had to build up a group of players talented enough to compete with them as well as disciplined to not make the mistakes that NDSU thrives on. The bison system is basic. It’s pure and requires phenomenal execution by all 11 players. They work it until it’s sufficiently committed to muscle memory and they work everything else off of that base package. FBS teams with dudes at every position have struggled for the last decade too.

Hold on to that record against the Cats as hard as you can. Don't even think about the last 5 of 6 years, OR what happened 2 weeks ago. Live in the past for as long as you can. What's happening in front of your very eyes in the present doesn't matter. It's that BIG win in 1946 that matters!!
