Griz/Kitten Game day thread

Cat offense has an identity, Griz offense has ?. Not sure how a coaching staff can do such a poor job of scheming for what gives the Cats an identity.

We have the most vanilla, least imaginative offense in the entire Big Sky. It is not a lack of talent, because we have plenty of that. It is the design of an offense which would not even fly for a high school team. Get rid of this inept O-coordinator

I am confused. So many say there is no talent on the OL, but you are telling me it is just the O Coordinator.

This “vaunted” defense looks like shit. Can’t tackle anything-they look scared.

Once again the 3-3-5 stack WILL NOT WORK against teams capable of running the ball efficiently.

I understand not finding a stud DT @ this level, but we need to go to a 3-4 at the very least-take advantage of the linebackers the state produces.

This is going to likely be the worst @ss kicking in the history of Griz-cat. Just freaking embarrassing.

GO UNDER FN CENTER

In 1904 we beat the cats 79-0, that is the worst @ss kicking in the history of the brawl. So some good news, even if we lose by 40 we still wont hold the title of the worst @ss kicking in Brawl history.

Well if you're going all the back to 1904 then why not 1901 when Butte High School beat the Griz in Missoula 25-11

After graduation and those multiple underclassmen that are rumored to be entering the portal it will be a total rebuilding year. Might as well try a new staff, this one didn't get the job done in 5 years, don't see why they should get another 5. MSU new coach last year gets to championship, in his second year embarrass the Griz and are a top 3 team, Idaho gets a new coach, beats the Griz and will be a deserved playoff team.

Punt?!

You really think the D will stop/get the bal back with enough time to score 4 TDS with the way the cats are ramming the ball down our throats.

F’in pussy call

So Bobby punts on 4th and 1/2 yard, down by 24. Shows his lack of confidence in his offense. Do ya THINK that the Cats would have punted then???

It's still a game of blocking and tackling. The cats are blocking and the griz can't tackle. Lost count of missed tackles and that includes you know who.

When last they were blown out in bozeman, Hauck made it a point to say that they put a lot of prep into stopping Anderson. Anderson was in street clothes when game time came. It was just another guy who ran wild with the ball, who hasn't seen the field for a down this season.

This week, they were perparing for the same stuff they'd seen on film and in last years game. Now the issue seems to be not being able to get off a block, or to come with anything bigger than an arm tackle. I don't think it was the prep for this week, because it's the same week to week. This week, they're flat, seemingly unable to do what they've been mostly doing well the rest of the season. How they could be flat on the biggest day of the year is a puzzle.
