That is an excellent question! I've wondered the same thing, and will be wondering the same this week as I will be on the road.

The highlights posted in the past were from montanagrizzlies.com, which I believe, no longer exists. gogriz.com is now the official website for UM athletics and does do highlight type vids (although all from a sideline camera, which makes it hard to follow).
