Griz frosh Hutch good in the clutch

Great article. It's nice to hear Hutch get acknowledged for his performance against Sac. The Griz desperately needed someone to come in and play solid defense inside and grab some rebounds. Hutch came in, and that was pretty much the end of Sac getting easy buckets inside.

When Hutch came in, the Griz were up 18-17 (With about 8:14 to go in the first half). The Griz were getting out-rebounded 13-9. Sac had 7 defensive rebounds, 6 offensive. The Griz had 5 defensive, 4 offensive.

In the 8 minutes Hutch played in the first half, the Griz outscored Sac 15-6 & out-rebounded them 12-7 (with Hutch getting 6 of those rebounds).

He did a hell of a job out there in the 8 minutes he played in the first half!
