Griz FB Practice Takes Week #2

O-line at practice. Yes I said they look beasty . I was referring to the o-line group as a whole. It appears there MAY be some changes in the starters which if that is the case it certainly validates what I originally said. ;)

Off the subject, but yesterday as I was picking up my tickets (second row NEZ) the Adams Center doors opened and out came the squad. Swim suits, flip flops, bare feet, bare chests, and all carrying floating tubes. They headed for 4 buses and left for a float on the Clark Fork. Had to be a fun respite from the rigors of practice. Good call by the coaches. My thoughts were it had to be fun for all and had to be an adventure for the big city dudes.

It is a great annual tradition. I don't know if they were doing it before Bobby came back, but I've started looking forward to the pictures they post on FB every year around this time. Looks like a great way to do some team bonding.

You never made it to practice. You are still in diapers living in your mothers basement. I know you never made it because I did not see any babies in strollers.

While you're at it, cover all the bases on your QB picks too and say that if Ah Yat doesn't work out, they will shift to Flowers or Jensen so then you can claim you made that call that they were all over it too. You are changing your story here and saying the o-line looks good now, but reminding everyone that you made the call they would struggle, yet if they make the changes, you called that too.

Its a great tradition and great team building it appears. Plus, thats a great float and what a great asset for the students and community at large to have the ability to float back to town after a short drive through east missoula.

Are your reading comprehension skills lacking like Elrod ? I said the original o-line was not good. I said the new o-line group as a whole looked beasty but just because of that does not make them good. Apparently the coach agreed with my take (not surprised) and changed the front on the left side with new transfers. Do they look good now ? Well we will see in competition. Maybe you could head to practice and give us all an update?

Yeah dude, I got it, you're covering all the bases yet again! Just go ahead and tell us you were right again. The coach didn't do anything based on your suggestions, but if you want to live in that fantasy land, go for it. In the meantime, I will follow the reports on camp that aren't trying to boast about their lack of credibility.

Credentials is all it takes. I will be waiting on your fall camp posts to see if you have any cause clearly you have never made it to any practices.

I don't need to drive 1900 miles and go to practice to post like you, saying nothing and taking credit for the outcome.

Man, we lost a lot at the WR position, that could really be a problem for us this year, I just don't see how we can replace all these guys that we've lost.
Davis looks really good, and Bohannon is a monster, if they can find the right situations to put Wortham in there and Deck can make a couple of plays we could really be strong at receiver. Bridges might surprise some people before the year is over and then some of the young guys need to step up and learn behind them and they look great as a group.

Now, whatever happens with our wide receivers this year, I can come back and claim I made the call, without ever having attended a practice.
