We had Riley on for a few hours last night, he went into some great detail on his path to broadcast journalism, what inspired him to follow this career, and how he preps for games. We talk about the Portland State game and more generally about the spring as a whole. Riley gives us some of his thoughts on guys that stood out to him - which sometimes weren't the guys that are on top of the stat sheets. We also answered all the fan questions that rolled in, even CDA's about him having to make a legendary playcall with a mouthful of peanut butter.

Links in the tweet below, you can find us as always in all podcast stations under Griz Fan Pod or Montana Mint Sports.

Was a great listen and helped my Tuesday afternoon go by a little faster :thumb:

Very fortunate Riley is our Voice of Griz. Dude takes a lot of pride in his craft, and it shows.

Great listen and great stories. Long live Mr Skippy Mouth! No one is bigger then the program, even OD, as much as we all love him :D.

Nice job men!! Riley sounds like the kind of son any parent would be proud of. Next time, get him liquored up. :thumb:

What a thoroughly enjoyable podcast, especially hearing Riley's history and his take on the current football team. When Riley took over for Mick, most of Griz nation was skeptical at best and downright angry at worst. Who was this upstart who thought he could fill Mick's shoes? It's now just a few years later and Riley has proven his skill and passion for all things Griz sports. What a fantastic job he's done, truly becoming the Voice of the Griz. I hope you guys do some more collaborations in future.
