GRIZ/EWU round 2 thread

EW gets a three pointer, 79-75; that's close 8.7 left. DeShields to FT, misses first, makes second. 80-75.

Look, Ashamed is trying to be cute...You mad bro?

You might want to get PlayerRep off of your cock to discuss this. We all know you two are the know-it-alls around here and if anyone decides to post anything without your consent, your collective clits get all jittery.

How about you two quit being cunts and act like adults?

I did not know saying the Griz were getting hammered on the offensive glass was knowing everything...you must lack basketball knowledge if that is the case. Here, this might help you out http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rules_of_basketball

PS, I think you need to get laid, you seem to have nothing but lady parts on your mind

OH...you and PlayerRep sure know lots about the men parts. You two only post on Egriz after your docking sessions go sour.

You are mad, sorry you are so butt hurt...did not realize stating the Griz were getting thumped on the offensive glass was going to cause you so much pain

Nice W and nice game tonight. Good games from Kemp and Martin in their limited minutes tonight. A lot of great ball movement by many players tonight. The offense looked as in sync as it has been all season. Wayne has to be happy with some consistent offense tonight. It has been awhile since we did that for a whole game.

So, for all the doom and gloom early in the season, the Griz are now 7-5 in league play, in a four way tie for 2nd place, and winners of four in a row and 5 of their last 6. We currently hold the tie breaker (assuming it's head-to-head) against both UNC and UND.

I must admit, I had given up on the season after that ugly gift win we gave in OT to PSU early on....they (the Griz) looked better tonight than they have all season and they're improving--that's the key.

Our next three games are a chance to put some space between us and other 2nd place contenders...

Griz lost to UNC and play both UNC and UND on the road next weekend

I'm not sure the Griz won this game; EWU lost it with cold, cold three point shooting.

Ball handling was great for the Griz. Andy had a great game; why not give him some more time? I do not understand this theory that, when a developing player begins to have a great game, take him out.

Weisner seems to be re-emerging to his demonstrated potential from last year. Jamar, Gregory, DeShields ... consistent, strong play. Kemp, showing flashes of first class ability.

I am watching this game again. A few things I am noticing, Kareem is playing with his Swagger again, and the team everyone is playing with confidence again. That is a great sign.

Some stats:

Rebounds tied.
Martin 7 boards and 3 blocks.
Only 6 Griz turnovers. EWU had 7.
Griz lead in steals 4-1.
12 Griz assists to EWU's 8.

EWU decisively held the free throw advantage, getting 2 more FTAs (and shooting 80% on them) despite the Griz receiving 16 FTAs from intentional fouls at the end of the game.

A- officiating sucked like always. B- Montana played really good d most the game. Really good at not letting them get open shots and pull ups.

That travel call on Keron was horse crap. Not sure how the ref completely missed that Keron was dribbling the ball at the time of the call.

This is one of the best things about Tinkles teams- they peak toward the BSC tourney time. Love to see that year in year out.

Interesting to see that Andy was our leading rebounder, with 7, playing 17 minutes, followed by Jamar with 6, playing 35 minutes.
