Griz/EWU no one watching?

A big part of the problem for Griz basketball is the lack of the little that help boost interest. For example, it's easy to connect to video/audio for football games just by going to montanagrizzlies.com, but even though the same company is providing the video for basketball, there's no link there. Also, there's no stats for tonight's game. I understand it when it's a road game, but why not for a home game?

Better late than never. Glad the Griz showed some resolve. Great game by Cherry! What was it, 7 steals and 17 points?

The GRIZ did as I expected in the 2nd half. Cherry was unreal defensively, he had a lot of steals. His offensive array going to the hoop is fun to watch. He makes some tough shots and his ft shooting is looking better too.

Stauds was clutch in the 2nd half. AJ turned it on when he had to, but with Cherry and Stauds playing well, he did not have to carry load.

Defensively, with Cherry on the perimeter and Qvale in the paint, that is a great combination. Selvig is also a solid paint defender. Ward is solid offensively, but needs a lot of work defensively.

I hope we see the GRIZ play like the 2nd half more often. Give Cherry the greenlight defensively Tinks. His defense alone is worth 6 points per game for the GRIZ! If you ask me, he is ready to control the offense too. No offense to our other Guards ,but Cherry and AJ are an awesome duo at guard. Give them the keys Tinks. They are ready.

Now go get another one Saturday night GRIZ!

Cherry is the flat out quickest Griz guard I have seen in 20 plus years of watching Griz BB. The 2nd half was in large part, the Will Cherry show. He may also be our most effective inside scorer. He was tonight! AJ carried the Griz in the first half and kept them in the game in spite of crappy defense and poor rebounding. When help finally arrived in the 2nd half ( e.g. Cherry, Stauds and Young), the Griz pulled away. It will probably take 2 good halves of BB to beat PSU tomorrow.

 :clap:Eastern Wa. had a lot of speed and was 6 for ten from three there for awhile. Raason Young had a good game which is easy to overlook after all the steals, blocks, and three pointers. 3-6 shooting in 16 minutes, shoots its so quick I think his twos are threes, he is as intertaining as some of the other action that goes on, looks quick enough to rebound and play defense clap:
A lot of things went well in the 2nd half, although it was never seemed in doubt there was some real lucky things happening or it could have been real close. :)
