Well, the Defense delivered in the 1st half, and the offense controlled the ball. A careless turnover and stupid personal foul are the only negatives from the 1st half.

Looks to me, the GRIZ have really set up the play action, quick hits, and even the bubble screen for the 2nd half. Davis is pretty damn aggressive. Nice 1st half by the GRIZ!

Interesting POV. No, the Griz did not get a TD.

But here’s "the rest of the story": Griz take over inside their 20 yard line, drive steadily down the field to burn over 5 min off the clock ... and score to close the half. I’ll take that too.

Your point is accurate that the Griz defense played a very strong first half. Maybe, if the Griz finish strong with two touchdowns (not 3's). Maier's skills are so scary good, so I would be more comfortable if the Griz score more.

As petty as it was, I think it was the right call. I know, I would have been wanting that call for the GRIZ, if it were our punter.

I dont’ Think Ostmo “replaced” Knight. They’ve been platooning all game.

Knight didn't see a touch after that, if I recall correctly. Hauck will give us an answer in the 2nd half. If we see a lot of Ostmo and very little of Knight. I hope we give Knight a chance to redeem himself though.
