Interesting to hear Newell sat that this was a dream come true. Shows the overall mentality of that program: just beat the Griz and you've been successful, since tiltles always have benn and will be out of reach.

Even when they win they sound like losers
This post shows what huge douchebags griz fans are. Incapable of either winning or losing with class. Sad actually.

Good game by both teams in the best rivalry in the country! Go Cats!!

Hey don't judge all of us because of a couple of douchebag griz fans.......
Fair point.

Thanks, You are a very fair person.

Fair enough. I'm not usually one to post things like that, but man did it bring out the cat trolls in a hurry. Newell was a great player for the cats.

So much heart in that dude. Glad to see Brekke have a good game too.

I'm glad Calhoun wasn't on the first half. He changed the tone of your offense. You had series that weren't three and outs once he came in.

Put of curiosity how big was Joe Douglas? Similar in size to JLM? That dude is fast but man its apparent how small he is. I ask because JD was a fairly durable guy, correct? But small?

Thanks. Here's to hoping next year our teams are playing for pride and the conference championship!

You guys need coaches like Choate and Gregorak

I get the feeling you're trying to fire someone up. Not going to get too many people disagreeing with your post.
It has been a really tough couple of years for Bobcat fans. I couldn't help it. I feel really good for Choate and Gregorak. The Cats played with passion and to win. Under Ash that was missing.

What? Maybe you felt like they had passion today because the season was total epic fail and this was all they had to play for.

Pretty sure you had some nice years under Ash

I don't remember Douglass being smallish like JLM. Maybe 6' or so, 190ish? I could be wrong. And I was actually kind of happy for some of the MT players on your team...

Hopefully the strength coaches can get a few (or many) lbs on JLM this offseason.

It was not a fail at all. It was a rebuilding year. And we are ahead of schedule. We played a lot of very young players today and they had an impact. Not losing much.

Sorry jizz fans. Your 25,000 douche bags can't buy you a home playoff game

Where is alpha jizz who guarantees the jizz were gonna host a game? Swallow hard bitch

Here is another sample for you.

There will be more...oh yes, there will be many, many more. Maybe look in the mirror before you start yappin dude.

It's a rivalry game man, grow some balls.

I see that Brady's QB rating today was 107, the worst I've ever seen for a UM QB.I pointed to this last year (based on those awful "stats"), that of the three UM QBs that played significant times last year, Brady was the most inconsistent, by far, and that, when he had one, the most likely to have terrible games, and that included Makena Simis.

Then we had the NDSU game. Now we have this one. Anybody want to argue any more?

That's what I'm sayin. Thank you!!! :thumb:

I don't think you read the background of that post where I mildly disparaged the cats program and was summarily castigated as an unwavering dbag by a couple of your bros.

There was no expectation of that this year with a new staff and losing a good starting QB

I didnt say there was, im just saying if you were playoff bound after today and we were having this discussion rebuilding year would not be coming out of cat fans' mouths.

Just because you lose a QB and coach doesnt mean complete rebuilding. Plenty of others do the same thing.

Idk just for example thers a green n yellow school not too far away thay lost a QB and coach back to back years but they seem to be doing pretty damn good still.

I think some of our young linemen start maturing, Gresch Jensen does the same, and we finish strong toward the end of the season.

We had a losing season last year. This year was rebuilding. Choate wanted a much needed culture change. That doesn't happen overnight. However, it has started to take hold faster than expected. If there was an epic fail it was the Grizzlies. They played way below expectations.

Whose expectations? Certainly many here were prepared for a 6-5 season, albeit disappointed.

Losing at home to a sh*tty msu team, however...

Are you kidding dude. Most people posting on this board were talking winning the Big Sky and going deep in the playoffs especially after the NI win.

A lot were also not drinking the kool-aid and could see disturbing inconsistency. People in a fanbase being cautiously optimistic in support of their team, and also understanding limitations does not equal wild expectations.

There were a few though, as there always will be, who were wearing maroon welding masks.
