We are 2-for a 1,000 for three. ISU is doing a great job taking away looks inside. I have heard straits name maybe four times the whole game. One was at introduction. Not good.

Things seem to be turning around... 1:47 left.

Two Free throws by Strait, Block by Qvale (good effort so far), and a deep three by Hasquet and a move against three by Strait.

I just hope that number 4 Kinghorn doesn't go off for 30+ points again like he did in his freshman season. He scored 34 points in the game against Griz in 2005. Griz still won that game. Kinghorn doesn't average a lot of points. When he scored that 34 points I figured this guy will be a high scorer for the Bengals. Doesn't seem to have happened. Anyway, just do not want someone jump out at you unexpectedly like Kinghorn did in that one game.

:shocked: I remember that and last years oppressive zone. But it will not be "unexpectedly" this time it is expected. :shocked:

And then there was the accidental Dlouhy dump.

conference game: will be a slow down struggle and Kinghorn will leave an impression.

THey weren't when I posted that. And I still don't think this team puts forth the effort needed.

If the Griz play with the same level of effort and intensity in the second half as they had at Sac, the Griz will win.

They have their top two scorers with two fouls, that's a good thing. Take it to them hard in the second half and get them sat down.

LG will have to come from behind, they trail 22-9 with 10:55 in the 1st half. ISU had to be fuming after the beating they took at psu. LG have plenty of firepower to come back.

Yeah, I wish I could listen to the games more. When we have had consistent effort inside, things seem to be better.

28-21...Don't like the hole, as long as we don't have quick possesions in the second half...one pass and a three...we'll grind em down...
