Something needs to change.

I like TD... But this season is a dumpster fire. Losing to Tech and twice to ewu. As I type they are down 29 to Weber and will be 14-14 after tonight

Lady Griz will lose 20 this year 7-19 right now

Teams are 0-4 vs kittens.

And when is the last time the programs went 0-4 on a weekend?

I generally don't bash coaching because it is really hard to win games, but this is the worst this program has been in a very long time

Decuire will be fine. He’s always been good at bouncing back from down years. I don’t worry about him. He’ll be fine. LG on the other hand have been truly abysmal. Harris never should’ve got the job. Hope to god he can turn it around next year but I’m skeptical.

Travis absolutely needs to improve recruiting 6'8"+ paint defenders and rebounders. Every game the GRIZ are out manned in the paint. Sawyer is a nice offensive option.

Unfortunately for his size, he's never been a good rebounder or defensive paint presence. Betts and Jedkins both are agile, solid quicks, and perimeter threats.
Unfortunately, they're to lean. I hope they both stay and get to 220 lbs+.

Trae Taylor is also on the lean side.
Unfortunately, i don't see much upside from him.

I'm really hoping Anderson returns. He's a well rounded player and brings a lot of hustle and heart to the team.

As for the LG, my thoughts are to harsh to post here. I'll just say, I'm not sure the hc has a lot of div 1 upside.

Same as I posted on the LG board.

Both LG and Griz are young teams and missing leaders on the floor.

Last year, the Griz had leaders in Brandon Whitney, Kai Johnson, and Joe Pridgen, all seniors. This year, I don't see one.

I see the team defaulting to Money as the leader because he's the best player on the floor but to me he's not a leader at this time.

I'm not skeptical of Harris's ability to turn it around. He has a good core group of assistant coaches and he's getting his players into the LG.

Adversity builds champions by staying strong through the chaos and fire.

The best true leaders on this year's team are Dick and Thompson. If Thompson stays through graduation, he can be a Pridgett like leader. Love Thompson's upside!

Thompson should be top of the list of guys we try to retain this offseason. 3 and Ds like him are not easy to come by, and he has significant upside getting to the rim as he matures (6’6, long frame, athletic). He has an all-conference future.

Completely agree. When adds ball handling and driving to the rim skills, he has Jamar like upside. Jamar made it look so easy though.
