Griz bars in AZ

Where will there be Griz fans watching the game tomorrow in AZ, preferably in Ahwatukee, Chandler or south Tempe? I see the Griz Cat game had watch parties are places in Mesa and Scottsdale. Is it worth the drive north to check either of those out thanks?

Is Dukes going to be busy enough that you would recommend getting there before kickoff to get a seat?

AZ is pretty nice this time of year. 77 degrees and many pools still open. If you like golf it is awesome here.

Dukes is great. O'Kelly's in west Mesa/northwest Chandler is probably closer to you. They are a watch party bar, but I've never been there for a non-Brawl to tell you what it's like. Nice place with multiple tvs and a little patio with 4 or 5 TVs.

I was the coordinator for Griz-sCat games at O'Kelly's up until this year, but I've also watched some postseason games there, and they will likely have the game on, or put it on for you. The bar owner likes Montana people. Duke's will of course have the game on, and it should be crowded as usual this time of year. Duke's owner, Al, is from Butte. He was the manager of a Tempe bar now called Doc & Eddie's. He then bought Hi Tops and renamed it Duke's.

My husband's grandparents used to winter in Mesa because he was a big golfer. Actually golfed nine holes the day he died.

I've only been to the Phoenix area a couple of times and both were in August. Hotter than Satan's armpit. Don't know how people live there year round but obviously it's great for snowbirds.
