On your A game I see! I like it!

Thanks, man. I gotta be ready for the season and the scores of opposing fans attempting to talk shit on eGriz. The players are in all their fall camps, and I’m in mine. Trying out a few new wrinkles to keep them guessing. I never chose the role of defender, it chose me. And I must protect this house.

😂😂😂 you got this!

I wonder if Washington will follow suit with Oregon? Ie
Proof of pokie wokie

At this point pretty fair possibility. Several Seattle-area bars and restaurants now requiring proof of vaccination and valid ID or recent negative covid test--like within 72 hours at some locations.

Logic UW by 17-24 point advantage.

As a Griz fan UW 31 Griz 34.

UW is ranked #20 last I looked, this is best chance Griz have had to play legit PAC team and compete well since WSU after Bledsoe graduated, the beatdown at OSU wasn’t considered a legit PAC team.

The hope this year is number of players at UM with extra year at college level training to be better prepared and physically capable of competing against a FBS team. Depth from COVID year. Plus it is time for Bobby to show on field the results of his recruiting and preparation of team. No excuses for a bad showing.

Griz 21 - 19. Good Guys win. LB And CB play the difference. To me the kicking game will be the deciding factor. UW falls short.

While I am very loyal to my Griz, I’m also a realist. I think a reasonable goal in this game is to keep it inside 21 points. They do that and I’ll consider this a win.

UW- 35
UM-14

I want UW to know they were in a game. I don’t want them to be able to feel like they can do something “at will”. I have almost no illusions of actually winning, but I’d like them to walk away with some respect for the program. 63-7 doesn’t breed respect.

I'm all for being optimistic but I'm also realistic. UW's defense year-in and year-out is their calling card and even though we put up points this spring, I don't see us doing well against the Huskies. I think we have 1 TD and IF we have 2, it'll be in garbage time when UW is resting guys.

My honest projection is 45-7 UW but with a garbage time TD, 45-14.

Just hoping to get out of it healthy!

I think our defense is capable of producing TO's and a TD. They will not walk through our defense, at least not in the first 3 quarters.

Do I think the Griz will win? No
Do I think the Griz can win? Absolutely

if these teams played 1000 times, guaranteed the Griz win at least once - but can it be that first time?

Since no one else will do it....I will predict a major upset, although I don't expect it.

Griz 48
Washington 45

So you are giving us a 0.1%chance of winning. :thumb:

I will be very surprised if the Griz offense can move the ball with any type of consistency. It will be on the defense to keep this close, and in the end I am just not sure they can for 4 quarters. It seems success might be keeping it to 3 or 4 touchdown loss.
