GRIZ at sac (Men GAMEDAY!!)

You know when the Sac announcer says it's been a well officiated game it has been pretty one sided for Sac. He's usually right up there with UNC's announcer for whining about everything.

Griz have taken 2 free throws, Sac has taken 15 so far.

The officiating was great against Portland State. This game has been way too many calls.

You do see the Grizzlies trying to be very physical with our star guards, right? I'd do the same thing, and I'd say the strategy is paying off thus far...

I think the big thing is there's no real consistency in the Big Sky on the reffing. Sometimes good physical defense is fine (like it is in pretty much all big conferences). Other times the refs get whistle happy if you even try to play defense. Annoying part of being in the Big Sky, refs are very inconsistent.

32-30 Sac. Nice 3 by Dunn to close out the half. He's been shooting well the last 6 games. I wish I could comment more on this game. I think I saw maybe 5 minutes of the 1st half thanks to constant freezing on BSTV.

I agree they are fouls. But the same fouls aren't being called on other end. Bruenig is being at least held and sometimes mugged every possession. Personally, I'd prefer fewer whistles. But just call it the same way on both ends.

Bigskytv is sucking for me. Go figure, had no trouble with any other game on bigskytv today.

Where is sacstatesman? He jinxed this by saying how the internet streaming there is the best in the conference!!!! This totally sucks!!!!!!!!

If lucky, I have seen 7 total baskets.

A couple more Big Sky games are ending soon, or have just ended.

And there will just be the Griz game and MSU game to finish up. Maybe that will free up enough bandwidth on the Big Sky server to make things tolerable. That seemed to make things tolerable the other night when the Griz played Portland State. The telecast was much better in the 2nd half.

I'm on my third whiskey. But, I did get to see GFeller's trey, that was great, Griz up.

That's odd that some folks say Big Sky TV is still freezing up on them and others say its fine. Mine is a little better than it was in the first half....Seems like it should be the same for everyone....
