I expect he will have the team ready to play and they will be focused Satruday. It's a shame this seems to happen with his teams every year, that they need to drop a deuce or two to wake up to the fact they have to earn their ranking every week. If you read the folks on this board before Idaho State you would have thought the Griz were invincible, and they have played like they believed it too.

Griz have played one team with a winning record, and they lost that game.

GRIZ PHAN said:I want the Griz to win. But this game will be a loss.
The inability to consistently run the ball and extend drives will result in a Sac State win by 10 or more. I would like to be wrong. Please let me know if I was.
....retiredpopo said:I will say it one more time and then let the game be played.....we are going to crush sac st. After the game I'll be back to gloat a bit and then it will be on to Weber where some will still be worried about that one too.

Best case, I think we hold you under 180. Anything close to your season average will likely mean a very long night for us.
Spanky2 said:By playing Griz hard nosed football the entire game! The kind of football we played last year against Washington when they were ready for the showers at half time. By our OL kicking ass and opening holes for our backs that’s how.kemajic said:How?
Do you really truly believe the griz will be curb stomped in Sacramento? If they do fall short they won't be curb stomped. It's pretty rare for Montana to lose two in a row. Griz traditionally play awesome after a lose. That is the most likely scenario win or loseIntuitiveGriz said:How BAD are these satisfied Griz going to be curb stomped in Sacramento?

Yes, and we still have non-athletic, small linebackers pretending to be safeties. It's not going to be pretty.
If we win, he'll disappear, only to show up whenever someone isn't heaping enough praise onto someone from Butte. :lol:hilinegrizfan said:IntuitiveGriz said:How BAD are these satisfied Griz going to be curb stomped in Sacramento?

Damn dude, we get it. you think they are going to lose. ease up a bit. They are just kids, and I'm sure they will give it their all. I will be rooting for them, and hoping for a win. Have some faith. and just STFU with all the negativity.

Cotton is 6’1”, 204 and very fast. Was recruited to UM as a corner, after being a safety at Oregon St. He is very athletic. Is listed as having started at safety the past 4 games.

Exactly what I was thinking. They are only fans when the Griz win. We better not move up because we could lose a few games and the stadium will be empty.

0 teams. Are rushing for 250 yards on us... 0. We'd see a team pass on us for 400 before we let a team get 250 rushing yards. That's the most ridiculous statement I've read on egriz. Sac may pass for 250 but, not rush. 150 max and that's a stretch. SS might get 125. They do have a top 10 fcs running back.
Might get 125? Yikes… gonna bookmark this hot take.
