Griz adding softball

Where will the complex be? Does title 9 not work both ways?

I guess you have no clue what Title IX is? The percentage of scholarships must be similar to the enrolled student body at a particular school. What this means is that not every school is the same. For example, a school that has 53%-47% male to female ratio can have a similar ratio to athletic scholarships meaning less female sports are necessary. A school that has a 53%-47% female to male ratio is in a more difficult position and may have to add numerous female sports. The other thing that makes it difficult is the minimum number of sports necessary to be a member of the NCAA. So can it work both ways...yes it can but not very often.

So I guess you don't know that when you say "I guess" it's a statement not a question. Thanks for the info slick. My point is, if we have already been meeting Title IX requirements, it seems to me that we will have too many female scholarships with the additional 15. If you have that info it would be great chief.
