Great Time to be an Oredigger and Griz

Cheering for the only two MT college teams west of the divide. Tech is off to their best start (8-0) in history (going back to 1903) and the Griz are 8-0 for only the fourth time in history. Both ranked in the top 5 and getting a lot of national attention. My Saturdays (and one Friday) have been blessed this year. Nice to see so many kids from Montana playing at such a high level.

Carroll, with ex-Griz Kaden Huot at the helm, is playing better every week. Beating Western in Dillon was huge. As the likely two division leaders, the playoff between Tech and Carroll will be a barn burner, perhaps decided by who gets home field advantage. (This is the first year of the new alignment in the Frontier Conference and I have no idea how the playoffs are handled).
