Great Stuff from Kenzel Lawler

Such a good dude - and in a season where the room was decimated by injuries he played at a high level every single game, finishing as one of our highest graded defensive players. It wasn't really known how he would do this season by many - but he really stepped up. A true CB1 - go get after it Kenzel!

How cool is that write up by Kenzel. What a classy dude, and you're absolutely correct, he absolutely blossomed as a player in his 2 years with um. Even this season, he improved dramatically from start to finish, which was huge for his teammates considering the decimation that room took by injuries.

High praise for our football program and a great reflection of the man Kenzel is. Nothing but the best for this young man and his future! Go get it Mr. Lawler!!!

He was a very good and key player for the Griz this season. Congrats and good luck. The new resident 21 year old on the board thinks he was slow and had 2 left feet. What an idiot that guy is.

Hoops don’t go on boards speaking for me, I think our depth players are slow and don’t have the quick twitch that loud has. Loud was far and beyond our best corner yes i do believe that. I don’t think kenzel has two left feet. Don’t misconstrue what i say on these forums to make me look bad you sad old man. In fact I WASNT EVEN REFERRING TO LAWLER IN THAT POST

You said it. Write more clearly. You were referring to Lawler. Own it. Stop being a baby.

The defense was horrible, and the secondary was especially bad. The number of big plays against it shows the lack of speed and hw poorly they understand the defense.

Was it Lawler who ran into Rausch during the 95 yard td against SDSU? Rewatching the game I can tell Rausch was the safety involved from his jersey number. I think it was Lawler who was the cornerback because he was coming from the right side, but I can’t clearly see the jersey number from rewatching the play. Does anyone know if it was Lawler or one of our depth guys?

Tell me you don’t understand defense without directly saying you don’t understand defense and what usually causes big plays.
