Great article on Alex Hurlburt

Great article, he's a GRIZ for life, wish he'd gotten a few more snaps. Maybe against the Cats when we are up by 30.

That’s awesome. What it is all about! Sounds like a great dude who’s going places.

What a great young man. I too feel it is too bad he has not made it on the field more. But, there is no doubt he has his head on straight and will be a success in the future -- and we will all be proud to say he was a Griz.

This. All day, every day.

While I wish he could have seen the field more, that dude is a legend nonetheless. It’s always hard to be an athlete, but his path, his persistence, and maturity is unique. Hats off to you Alex, you are one of the good ones.

I love stories like this. It puts sport in perspective. It’s such a valuable tool for young men, women, and all other persuasions. But, it’s not the end. Life continues after, sooner rather than later for many. These kids will be better equipped to handle the world than the rest. Especially Mr. Hurlburt.

Go Griz! If I see you around, I’ll buy you a beer!

Great guy and great attitude. Will love to hear about him on one of those "where are they now?" segments. He will be successful in whatever he chooses.

So he’s a senior? Is he departing? Or does he had a snowball’s chance in hell of seeing meaningful playing time if he stays around for a masters?

Senior academically. Sounds like he’s retiring from football and has a job lined up already.

He's married and has a job awaiting him at KPMG.
