Hoops puffing up today after a few guys got banned. You'll look smarter if you stick to Grizzly running game commentary.

SpWhy doesn't our talented running back "room" ever get to run in the first quarter?

Who got banned? You'd look smarter if you had more posts about the Griz and less about me, most of which of stupid.

there is a list at the top of the page.

I see that Crews shows up in Participation, but had no stats.

He had his name mentioned a few times and was in on tackles and he is fast and good size. Going to be a good pass rusher

Like I said Hoops, first games are full of mistakes. Yes they had some mix- ups on that first drive of the season. But, they did go on to have over 600 yds of offense over 400 on the ground using 7 different running backs.

Both the Cats and Griz have things to work on this week. I am sure both teams will probably look better next week.

I was impressed with the cats running game and even the passing game.Humphrey could be the real deal hard to believe he is a true freshman. There were a couple dropped balls that should have been caught. That kicker is also someone to watch. I predict he has some long range fg's, it does look like he might break his leg on every kickoff tho.. be interesting to see how the run game goes next week for you guys.

I agree. Will be interesting. SDSU is the real deal and it will be tough in their house. This will be a real test. However, it is early and a lot can change as the season progresses. I do think our run game will be fine. I think there is a lot more in the playbook than we saw in game one. I think it will be the same with the Griz. They will better this week. The second week in the season is not going to define it for any team. I take no stock in how the Griz do against Utah Tech. You cannot compare because it is so different with the Griz being the away team and the difference in matchups. So if the Griiz win by 70 or they win by a score that is less than the Cats beat them, it doesn’t mean anything. What counts is how teams do in Conference play. Looking forward to November!.
