Definitely showed up on film study for the eagles. You have to read the kicker as one of the up men before you take off. You’d watched him kickoff all day. He stuttered and changed his angle. It was pretty obvious the second he started our guys were 5-10 yards back down the field towards the return men.
 
At any rate, good start up for the conference, take that win on the ugly turf. Looked to me EWU under-rated, solid effective play both sides of the ball, well coached!

100% agreed. That was the problem which allowed EWU to get in the surprise onside kick.
 
Soldier, did it two years ago against Idaho so that is really frustrating!!! Everyone in the stadium and watching on tv knows its coming and nothing!
