GonZaga 72 Memphis 83 Final

I think you might be right swilly. As much as it pains me. However, They will be a better team come march. Knight will be healthy by then as well as Josh Heytvelt. 6'11'' (broken ankle). Well see, it'll be fun.
 
83-72 final, Memphis wins. Morrison apparently couldn't get it done in the last 10 minutes. And before the game, Dick Vitale mentioned his 3 teams that have been a bit of a disappointment. Stanford was mentioned as one of them, and he also mentioned that Stanford lost to the Griz. I thought you'd like to hear that again, everybody.

In a way, and indirectly, that's a slam on the Griz... "Stanford is a bit of a disappointment, they lost to the Griz."
 
Yeah maybe it was a slam on Vitale's part, but I was trying not to slam the Grizzlies there. I thought it was interesting that the Griz were getting national recognition for beating a big-time program. Sorry if it caused any confusion.
