Can someone please answer this? Why is it some games, I can get the pregame show with online audio streaming, and others I cannot? I thought membership would be complete pregame, ingame, and post game audio streaming.

I have no problems paying yearly for all access, but really do feel cheated with what I get for the money.

I would like an answer also. I signed up to listen to Mick and Gurns and can't hear any of the pre-game or them.

Listening to Mick (football and basketball), was a lot of why I signed up too.
 
For what ever reason Learfield cannot show the pregame and the video of the game. I think the company motto is: We can walk and chew gum, just not at the same time!
 
Nogriz.com is bullshit. Anyone have a phone # to complain and cancel? I thought I'd canceled my sub last month but it worked last week. I just want to make sure I'm no longer being charged.
 
I am emailed Haslem. Hate to bitch, but this is disappointing. Got complete audio stream earlier, and thought that would be the case all year.

Mr. Haslem,

First of all, congratulations on becoming the new athletic director. I have
heard many good things about you, and look forward to support GRIZ athletics
with you in charge.

I hate to write letters to anyone, complaining to anyone. Myself and other GRIZ
fans are a little disappointed in full access membership at gogriz.com.

I love and support the purpose of it, and feel it is a great concept. However,
as a lifelong GRIZ fan (45 years), and being away from home,
I subscribed for a year expecting to get complete pregame, in game, and post
game live audio feeds of GRIZ Football and Basketball. Some games, we get all
that. Other games we do not. Mick and Gurns, are every bit as much of GRIZ
Nation as the programs.
Needless to say, it is disappointing to have paid for full access and not be
able to hear the Voice of the GRIZ, including insightful interviews with
coaches.

Myself, and many other gogriz subscribers, would appreciate a response as to if
complete audio streaming is part of membership, or not? If not, how can it be?
Many feel we got the complete audio to start the season, paid for full
membership, and to later have complete audio streaming pulled from us.

Our hope is to get clarification, and secondly to voice our concerns. I cannot
tell you what all subscribers will do, but do know many are wanting money back.
Others, such as myself are giving the U of M benefit of the doubt to work this
out, then make a decision on future support of gogriz all access. All access,
is not the case now, as is.

I hope you pass this onto whoever is involved in feedback, and resolution. In
the meantime, as always, "Go GRIZ"!!!!!!!!!

I'm sure he is. So his response will probably be something like this:

Dear Mr. mtgrizrule,

On behalf of the University of Montana's athletic department, we apologize that you are not happy with our online services at GoGriz.com. As I'm sure you know, licensing of the Grizzly product is a very complex system. In this case, to offer any type of online product, we license with Learfield Communications, Direct Sports, and CBS Sports Online (among others). Given that each one of these media companies want to be as profitable as possible, they battle amongst themselves and thus do not always do best for the end user (you).

Thus, the best I can do right now is give you a free month of gogriz.com premium access and let you know that I will forward your letter to Learfield Communications, Direct Sports, and CBS Sports Online. Also, I will forward their responses to you so that you know what is going on.

By the way, there is full pregame on gogriz.com right now for UND. So GFY, the letter did paid off. By the way, I did get a response from Haslam that night. To keep it short, he said he will see what can be done, and he hoped to have a result soon. No promises, but he delivered.

Thank you Kent Haslam, and everyone involved in getting full pregame coverage on all access at gogriz.com. :thumb: :clap:
