Exactly what I was thinking. The Griz definitely need to give Gilman the ball more especially in critical situations. It blows my mind how little they utilize a once ina life time player.
Keys to wins: Get Gilman, Bergen, and White the damn ball as much as possible.
Also keys to win: fire everyone on the defensive coaching staff and start over.

Pease was the only reason we were in the game and the only reason we beat EWU. The offense has been on fire... So not sure why you'd comment something so stupid.
If we had a defense, the griz would be a top 3 team. Instead we don't belong in the top 20

Meaning that if were up 40 at half they would be forced to pass the ball and then score often.
I don't get this hating on the OC, they scored 48, that should probably be enough. You might not like Coach Pease, he's from something called Mountain Home, which is on the surface just plain weird, but that's not enough. He filled in a strike year in the NFL for "Commander" Cody "and the Lost Planet Airmen" Carlson with the Oilers. (Old Chris Berman fans will get that).
Don’t forget Ostmo.
We are lucky to have the talent we have on that side of the ball

I just don’t understand why Gilman doesn’t get at least 20 carries a game…..Don’t get me wrong Ostmo is solid but Gillman is being treated like an equal back and he’s far and away the best player on the roster. He shouldn’t be rotating in every other drive, it’s negligible. It just makes no sense!! At this point in the season what are we saving him for?!
I agree the offense isn’t the issue. But before the ball was snapped my butt was puckered because I just knew something nifty was afoot instead of putting the ball in the bulls hands.
I’m not a get rid of Pease guy. But do we really need multiple double passes a game (how many end around passes are we at thru 6 games) or all the gimmicky first down motion trying to elicit something at from Fontes? When we run down hill with our horses we have success.
IMO, agree ^^^^^^. On offense, Ostmo was hot - give him the ball until he can't carry it any more. Or Gilman, whomever is hot. Offense is ok. Now the defense..... it should be obvious to all that we've go some problems and where to start? I don't know.........

It’s okay, guys! Have you watched the post game press conference? Bobby is really proud of our guys and their performance! They just came up a little short. You gotta understand, FCS football isn’t that important, and you should be happy to have what you have. Winning isn’t important as long as Bobby is coach and his guys and staff are trying really hard. That’s all that matters and you should be disappointed in yourself for expecting anything different
