You have the chance to double-end a deal for a $100 million ranch plus mansion in Montana (just assume this property exists). The buyer and seller have both contacted you and the full commission is yours if you want it.
BUT
The property will be used exclusively to entertain and convince MSU recruits on their visits. We don’t know what will go on there, but it will be so successful in convincing recruits that it will immediately lead to a decade plus of Cat dominance over the Griz including eight (8) Cat national championships. We’re talking the Cats will start winning recruiting battles with top P5 schools. If you don’t take the deal, nobody else will, and things stay as there are now.
Are you taking the deal?

Considering they have families, they'd take it.
However, they could use a lot of this money for lucrative NIL deals for the Griz. It would even the playing field.
Not fair to them.CDAGRIZ said:mtgrizrule said:Considering they have families, they'd take it.

I’ll tell you a valuable life lesson I learned many years ago. Life is not fair, how you deal with it is what matters. My daughter hates it when I tell her that.
You may be a pedestrian poster who never played the game. And yeah you're probably such a socialist libtard that you could be an honourary Canadian but man oh man, you are wicked good at these dilemmas. Tip o the cap to you.CDAGRIZ said:For the agents of real property:
You have the chance to double-end a deal for a $25 million ranch plus mansion in Montana (just assume this property exists). The buyer and seller have both contacted you and the full commission is yours if you want it.

Also, you can’t use the money for NIL deals for the Griz to game the scenario.
