With all deference to CDA,

Pick One:

1) The Griz go on to be undefeated and unscored upon for the rest of the season, capturing the love of our nation and the FCS National Title. However, for the next year Growler will move in with you and your family.

You will be required to have family dinners together and spend each evening listening to Growler give you advice on parenting, explaining to you what you don’t understand about football, reliving his made-up valor as a club baseball player and listening to his musings on ‘colored people’ and ‘the gays’.

OR

2) The Griz miss the playoffs following a devastating loss to the cats.

I'm not even going to try to follow this. But I will ask for a few clarifications:

1. Can we refute everything he says to try to make him cry?
2. Can we make him sleep in the yard?
3a. Can we make him sit at the kids table at home?
3b. If we go out to dinner, can we make him order from the kids menu?
4. Can I set him up with my (extremely single) mother-in-law?

1. Contractually, you have the option to refute him ONLY if you are willing to remove the door to his primary bathroom for the entire year.
2. No
3. A) No. B) No
4. Only if you send video from your future Thanksgiving celebrations.

Great choices Ursa. :( Kind of like asking: would you amputate your left foot or your right hand? Really . . . the very thought of losing to the Cats again makes me nauseous. But the prospect of Growler coming within a NYC city block of my house, let alone come in it? I shiver, shudder and shake.

Sorry MM! Tough times call for tough measures.

The only bright spot in my life in the past 18 months was finding out how much people from back east will pay for a bejeweled cod piece they want to use as a mask.

Is it wrong to be thankful for all of the turnovers this week? Keeps the group humble and gives tangible items for the offense to work on.

The obvious question this week: what are the pros and cons of this early bye week?

Side note: I love how the defense adjusted to WIU’s star receiver after his early hot start

Bejeweled, bedecked, bedazzled, beheld, beloved - a codpiece is always an intriguing choice. ;)

Given the sample size of only 2 games, where do you rank this group of linebackers compared to other great Griz trios?

Looking WAY ahead here... If we were going to get another bye after this week it wouldn't happen till playoffs, how many teams get a bye in the playoffs? What seed would we have to be to get one?
