Thanks for the additional explanation. The above underscores a point that I had planned to make in my original post, but it ended up getting short shrift.
That is, it seems like a big key to the Griz success this year is you have players who are putting team first. Oguine is the sort of player who could be scoring more than 20 pts a game, but he knows that would disrupt the team's chemistry. Krslovic knows the team doesn't, on most occasions, need his scoring, but needs tough D and rebounding. Moorehead has really stepped up his defensive game. And on and on....
