I am hearing, preliminary report is a knee bruise or sprain, but not OFFICIAL.

any more news?

Nope, hoping that Travis will provide some insight during his post game interview. The info I got earlier was from someone at the game that had a pretty good view of the injury. He seemed pretty sure it is a sprain or bruise. I sprained my knee my way in similar way when I played. Then again, it was not a recurring problem for me. Oguine has dealt with a minor knee issue for a few years now.
He hurt his knee as a junior, just a week or so after he scored something like 37 points against one of the best teams in LA...he never matched that for the rest of the year and missed a few games. I'm not sure it is a knee but whatever it is, he manages to give all he has. But, sometimes, you have to take care of something like that before it ruins your game, not to mention, life.

Decuire essentially said post game interview he didnt want to push it so he could save him for Saturday so does not sound really serious luckily

This team is for real. To go on the road against a very good UNC team and hand them a pretty decent loss is awesome. Love the way they do it too. It's always someone like Rosie or Oguine that gets hot, then Akoh jumps in, then Falls creates a spark, then tonight it was Fabs turn when we needed him most. So much depth!

Awesome.  This team keeps stepping up. Incredible win against brutal (reffing) conditions.

Officials were pretty good tonight. It was a fast game. We've seen far worse, for sure.

Well...I watched! Hahaha. Great game. Got to biting nails a bit at the end. That dude was hitting shots he had no business hitting. Just ridiculous.

So far, I am impressed by the UNC announcers. They are pretty damn informative of each team. Also, I like that the officials are letting them play. I hope that continues. Is it possible we see 2 games in a row that are well officiated?

Except for their endless slaughtering of Krslovic's name -- I lost track of how many versions they came up with.

Well... 50 fouls called tonight, split evenly between the teams. Griz made 19-of-32 at the line, the Bears 23-of-28.

Wow, is all I can say. A gritty win on the road against a very good team. That will count as a quality win for the RPI. These guys are becoming road warriors!

I hope Oguine is ok. I bet he sits against UND, or plays very limited minutes.

I guess I'll defer to those of you who thought it was a well-called game.

A rare stat this year was to see the teams split turnovers at 12 each and that the Bears had three more assists than Montana.

Huge factors in the game for me were watching Akoh and Kryslovic combine to make 12-for-16 shots in the paint, see Montana out-rebound the Bears by 10 (42-32) and to see Bobby Moorehead locked & loaded... sinking 4-of-5 from beyond the arc and finishing with 18 points while hauling down NINE rebounds. Wow.

It was NOT a well-officiated game. #bsc. No game with 50 PFs whistled, many of them of the touch variety 27 feet from the basket can be called a well officiated game.

I thought the same thing, GJ. Noco having more assists really surprises me.

I see that the worst starter in the ncaa's had 21 points on 8-10 shooting and 5-6 free throw shooting, and 8 rebounds, a block and a steal. 14 in the second half. Wish more of the Griz were as bad as he is.

Very diplomatically put, journal!

Nice road win. Great game by Fabian. Solid guard play. Make some free throws and we win by 15+!

Let's see if we can show Weber how to beat UND in Grand Forks on Saturday. :thumb:

from another thread, please tell about Krslovic being one the worst post in tourney

FAB is now a senior. Anyone know what was FAB’s all time high score?
Scored 24 points against Portland State on January 17, 2017.

Beast-mode tonight for Bobby...
He made 18 pts on 4-of-5 from beyond the arc, hauled down 9 rebounds & had one steal in 39 minutes on the floor...
